Golden ticket

Jack had a pretty standard life, if not slightly on the impoverished end of the scale. He had gone to school, been treated right, and didn't encounter very much struggle at all. And yet he still felt unfulfilled, like the world owed him somehow. Jack dreamed of one day getting the once in a lifetime opportunity, the "Golden Ticket". A new incentive given out in a lottery that every citizen pays into, normally people would be opposed to this kind of thing, however in this case the incentive was well worth it. There would be one lucky winner who would earn the "Golden Ticket", a pass allowing the holder to do anything they they wanted with absolutely no consequences. Other citizens would be automatically induced into complying with whatever request was made of them by the ticket holder. Jack wasn't really sure how it worked, but man would it be amazing to be the lucky guy with that ticket. As it would seem either Jacks luck was finally turning around or the divine were looking out for him because he had received the notice, he had actually won.
